We provide our customization work as freeware in the form as it is but please remember, that Total Commander itself is distributed as shareware. Please keep in mind, that other contained applications licenses might differ and not be proper for commercial purposes too. Detailed descriptions of the software can be found on the forum board.

New version - TC UP 5.6:

After a six month break, we are pleased to introduce You the next version of the Total Commander Ultima Prime project - 5.6.
This longer than usual period between releases is the result of work on opening the Ultima Pizza, located in the small village called Raba Wy?na (You are welcome!).

In the new version of TC UP project we have added few nice features in the installer. It was planned long time ago and required significant changes in code. This refers to the automatic installation option based on installation schemas. You can use two predefined schemas or use a schema file, which was created during a previous installation (it can be found in the following location: TC UPautoinstall.ini). Automatic installation mode lets you install all elements with just a few clicks.

Additionally, we have also added TrueCrypt to the project - great software application used for on-the-fly encryption.

We have also fixed Windows Shell Extension library for TC UP (TCUPShellExt) and we have added a splash screen to the installer. We would like to invite you to create animate splash screen for TC UP - perhaps we can add this to the future TC UP release.
