New Disk Meter Module:
The new Disk Meter module delivers a clear, real-time view of disk activity, capacity, and drive health in a single, highly customizable widget. It is available both as an iconic module that monitors a single drive and as a full desktop meter capable of monitoring multiple drives simultaneously and visualizing read/write activity with dynamic histograms. Both versions can optionally display SMART-based temperature and SSD wear information.
The default desktop module is available in both dark and light versions and can be freely switched between vertical and horizontal layouts to suit any desktop setup. Users can choose which fixed drives to monitor and how many to display.
The iconic version of the Disk Meter is designed for compact, at-a-glance monitoring. It allows users to select a specific drive to monitor, overlay key statistics directly on the icon, and visualize used and free space, with optional disk activity indicators.
Available in two styles (drive and ring chart), full color customization is supported via the Icon Factory, allowing the module to blend seamlessly with any dock or theme.
The Icon Factory also includes several built-in colorization presets and allows users to save their own color customization settings as new presets for easy reuse.
In addition to layout and appearance options, the Disk Meter offers fine-grained control over what information is displayed and how it is presented.
Users can independently configure primary and secondary metrics for the module, such as disk activity, temperature, or SMART health indicators, and choose whether this information appears as text, visual overlays, or both.
For iconic meters, top and bottom text overlays can be enabled or disabled independently to avoid visual clutter.
The settings dialog also allows users to select which fixed drives are monitored, control whether drive activity is shown, and choose the default theme applied to the module. Clear warnings

Added *per-monitor* DPI compatibility, allowing Winstep applications to work properly on multi-monitor systems where scaling/DPI settings are not the same for all monitors.
Multi-monitor profiles now also take into account the DPI setting of monitors, while still retaining compatibility with older monitor profiles.

Improved the appearance of many of the common controls for the Dark Mode (Gray), Dark Mode (Black) and Winstep GUI modes so they better match the Windows 10 and Windows 11 look.
For Dark Mode (Gray) changed the color of the scrolling text at the bottom of the About screen when renewal has elapsed from dark red to a color more legible on the gray background.
All dialog boxes with a Cancel button as well as information dialogs that have a single OK button will now close automatically when you press the ESC key.
Manual Backup Settings now automatically adds a timestamp to the backup filename.

* Besides getting the weather module to work again, robustness is increased by supporting two alternative weather forecast feeds: if one of those feeds fails in the future, the other will be used automatically.

Version 10.9 adds nine new dock and Shelf colorizable mouse over effects, five new menu opening animations, multiple docks and the Shelf can now be attached to same screen edge, docks can display running applications with live window thumbnails and Aeropeek capability on mouse over (like the Windows 7 taskbar), sub-docks can open on mouse over, and much more! Winstep Xtreme now supports 16 languages.

Version 9.5 brings the Windows 7 quot;Superbarquot; functionality to Vista and XP.
