SharePrep 5.01 released Jun 23, 2019 (Major Update)
New function 'Max Lengths' which works with file names vs Max Length value. Only the combined (path + file) lengths which exceed the Max Length value would be processed.

Two new options:
'Shorten File Names only to Max Length'
'Process only if Exceeds Max Length'.
SharePrep 4.02 released May 15, 2018 (New Release)
New window / set of functions for manually replacing given character strings via the main display window.

This provides for replacing stings within Selected items, Displayed items, and All items within the given folder and includes simple Find and Replace functions.

Path Length Shortening.
SharePrep 4.01 released Aug 24, 2017 (New Release)
The Scan and Repair window has been redesigned to use a tabbed interface for greater control.

Path Length Shortening has been added to this version.

The Truncation option has been changed to a Shorten option which removes characters from the middle of the file name or subfolder name.

Significantly improved the processing speed for the Scan, Preview and Repair functions.

Processing that displayed over a few thousand messages was extremely slow. Although this was not significant for a small number of files, it became quite significant
when processing a large number of files.

Implemented a rename function on the Scan and Repair Window.

Implemented checkboxes for the Options Window to simplify enable/disable.
