Added support for the latest SAE PIDs and Info Types.
Made improvements to FCA enhanced diagnostics.

Fixed an issue that caused the app to prompt to install the .NET 2.0 Framework if it was not already installed.
New Features:
The diagnostic report will now display enhanced DTCs when an enhanced add-on is available for the connected vehicle.
Made improvements to increase the speed at which enhanced PIDs are read from some vehicles.
Added an option to set the number of decimal places for data logged to CSV file.
Added Station Wagon as a vehicle type.
Improved enhanced diagnostic connections for some vehicles.

Features

Added an option to prevent changing the OBD2 headers. This is useful when connecting to some vehicles that are not fully OBD2 compliant.

The FTDI drivers are now installed automatically.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug that caused communication problems with certain SerialtoUSB adapters.

Fixed a bug that prevented the CSV log file directory from being saved when closing the application.

Fixed a bug saving configurations that contain Combination User PIDs.
