ZipSnapNG 3.1.1 released Aug 16, 2015 (Major Update)
No more preliminary configuration required, a single executable jar is provided for all the platforms. Added capability to handle symlinks. Detect automatically if running command line or with the GUI. A backup set taken in Unix can be restored in Windows and viceversa

A new, fully functional GUI has ben been introduced
For differential backup, the checksum of a file is not calculated if the timestamp has not changed hence speeding up the process
The job file is copied over the archive directory upon each backup
