PDFCreator 6.2.0
released Nov 28, 2025 (New Release)
Improvements:
PDFCreator Professional and PDFCreator Terminal Server: HotFolder (Beta). Previously designed to be a separate application, HotFolder is now fully integrated in the PDFCreator. It allows you to monitor directories and automatically convert files based on your print job settings.
PDFCreator Professional and PDFCreator Terminal Server: You can now delete individual pages directly within the preview.
You can now drag and drop files directly into the preview area to merge them with the current job.
New option to automatically open the target directory where the conversions were saved to.
Improved password protection, with passwords now only being visible while being typed in for the first time, meaning they cannot be shown again once set.
New option to launch the PDFCreator automatically when Windows starts, making for faster access.
Bugs fixed:
PDFCreator Professional and PDFCreator Terminal Server: Resolved an issue that prevented downloaded updates from installing automatically.
PDFCreator Terminal Server: The /DeferLicensingServiceStart parameter for the setup was fixed.
The issue with the feedback form has been fixed. You can now send feedback to us again. We look forward hearing from you!
The preview was previously being generated in the background even when it was disabled. This has been fixed.
Other changes:
PDFCreator Professional and PDFCreator Terminal Server: New group policy for shared printer mappings. Please note, that this will replace the “Disable Printer Tab” policy in the next release. To provide transition time, both settings were kept. Please adapt your group policies before the old setting is deleted.
You can now specify the path for the setup log file using a new command-line parameter.
