AVIedit is a smart video editor and capture tool for Windows 95/98/NT4/Me/2000/XP/Vista. It allows you to watch video on the computer (even fullscreen), it captures single frames and entire movies. You can enhance your videos using more than 30 built-in effects (twirl, rotate, skew, mirror, mosaic, flower etc.), change brightness, contrast, sharpness and even frame rate.
