AKVIS Chameleon 8.0 released Oct 26, 2012 (Major Update)
Version 8.0 presents the Guidelines which help you to position the fragment on the background image. The new version is compatible with Mac OS X 10.8.
AKVIS Chameleon 7.9 released Apr 12, 2012 (Major Update)
Added compatibility of the plug-in with upcoming Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop Elements 11. Improved compatibility of the plugin with Corel PaintShop Photo X4. Fixed a bug that caused the program to crash when using GPU on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3. Fixed other bugs.

AKVIS Chameleon 7.0 released Sep 9, 2010 (Major Update)
Now available as Standalone. Support of Keep Area Tool and Drop Area Tool for all four modes (earlier were available only in Montage mode). Added new Smooth Transition parameter. Image processing speed in Emersion mode is faster. Support for 64 bit to the plugin version. Changed the interface.

Added a new Emersion mode that allows creating a seamless photo collage. Improved image processing speed. Fixed bug that caused program crash on large images. Added ICC-profile support. Added support of multi-monitor processing.
AKVIS Chameleon 5.0 released Oct 8, 2007 (Major Update)
New collage mode ("Montage" mode) that allows transferring a roughly selected object to a new background with a clean result. Now the program has an interface and three modes with different features. For Mac: Chameleon is now Universal Binary.
