TeamViewer QuickSupport 15.76.5 released Apr 2, 2026 (New Release)
New features:
The "Add access gateway" dialog is now available directly within the Agentless Access view, allowing users to set up a gateway more easily without additional navigation.
Improvements:
Fixed an issue where the new device management experience popup was incorrectly triggered for new accounts.
Prevented incorrect error messages from appearing when an internal service was temporarily not accessible.

Fixed an issue that caused high resource usage on some devices.

New features:
Users can now configure AI‑generated session summaries so that data is logged only when the supporter triggers the summary during the session. In this mode, both the supporter and the remote user can stop data collection at any time.
Improvements:
The MSI package now installs the new UI by default for both full client and Host. A new MSI command‑line parameter is available to enforce the classic UI.
TeamViewer client module downloads are now available in 64‑bit by default. For systems that do not support 64‑bit, the download automatically falls back to the 32‑bit version.
Company administrators with TeamViewer Tensor can now enable the new UI for selected user groups.
A new TeamViewer policy setting has been introduced to enforce the use of the TLS 1.3 connection protocol.
Fixed a bug that prevented the TeamViewer application from being run as administrator by a non‑administrator account.
Improved error handling for failed policy assignments on devices. Users now receive clearer feedback when a policy cannot be applied.
Bugfixes:
Fixed a bug where the profile picture was not displayed in the confirmation dialog when connecting to a managed device.
Fixed a bug where devices were displayed twice in the basic view.

Teamviewer Remote now remembers which device group you last opened in the Advanced view, even after you restart the app or switch to other tabs. This means you can return to the same group instantly without reopening it, making it easier to continue where you left off.
Devices can now be easily moved between groups in the Advanced view using drag-and-drop.
Improvements:
Share devices and device groups: It's now easier than ever to share devices and device groups. Select individual users or user groups and assign permissions directly in a new but familiar workflow. Share replaces the previous add and remove manager options, offering a simpler, streamlined way to manage access.
A banner is now shown on the Permissions tab of a device to indicate when inheritance is disabled, along with a button to turn it back on.

Searching for a group from the side navigation panel now highlights the matching part of the group's name in the search results.
Double-clicking the Recent Connections group in Basic View now opens a page showing only recent connections.
Searching for a TeamViewer ID on the Devices page now highlights the matching part of the ID in the search results.
It's now possible to select up to 5 devices on the Devices page and connect to them simultaneously.
Recent connections can now be individually removed or completely cleared from the list on the Remote Support page.
Bugfixes:
Fixed the display of the Version Update and System Update dialogs.

Fixed a bug that prevented administrators from interacting with the “Inherit device groups permissions to devices” setting.
