Syncovery 11.13.4 Buil released Feb 27, 2026 (New Release)
The option “Access Local Files As User”, formerly “Run as User”, now has a better functionality and is now named “Run Job Under a Specified User Account”. It now causes the job to be run in a separate process, under the specified user account. As opposed to the previous behavior, which switched the account for the job’s threads after the job had started. The new behavior is much more useful, and allows you to run jobs under Domain accounts and allow them access to UNC paths, rather than using the Network Connections or SMB options to specify accounts. Multiple job processes can run under different accounts, even allowing simultaneous connections to the same server with different domain accounts.
The OnGetCustomHeaders PascalScript hook now has access to file properties, allowing to set custom metadata like this:
