Fixed problem with initializing HandleTable between calls to seeAttach. Check for embedded spaces in passwords. Fixed crash attempting to open a non-existant file (64 bit only). Streamlined termination process when file could not be created or opened. Recognizes Windows-1256 parts (Arabic text).
