Sizer 4.0 released Feb 27, 2017 (New Release)
Includes a workaround for a problem with tooltips not disappearing on console windows, credit to Markus Jakobi for reporting this issue (this issue was incorrectly reported as fixed in v3.22). Fixes some System Tray resizing issues on 2000/XP. Includes option to disable system tray icon as suggested by Claus Vestergaard. Includes system menu integration.
