PyPedal 2.0.3 released May 25, 2012 (New Release)
· Added a new pedigree option, quot;has_headerquot;, which will automatically treat the first row of a pedigree file as though it is a comment without having to modify the file to add a comment character. Its default value is 0.
· Modified pyp_newclasses/NewPedigree::preprocess() and pyp_newclasses/NewPedigree::__init__() to handle the new has_header option.
· Minor documentation updates, including an example on reading CSV files, and easier-to-find warnings about the need to enclose commas in double quotation marks when setting sepchar in a configuration file.
