Add a feature to create a Create a “Vendor Bulk Registration Details” file to assist with bulk registration and/or vendor account reconciliation – for select Check Print file formats. Work around a very rare computer/system issue that caused the bank file formats list to not populate.

Update new-user message that prompts the user to read the documentation so that it refers to the new “Instructions” menu.
