Added new second powerful method to disarm/disassemble compiled [Code] section. Its called "ifpsdasm" which
is a Wrapper library from FPSTools.NET project. This external library works only on Windows 8.1 and later
and needs .NET Framework 4.7.2 installed in your system. Then, from now we have 2 methods in InnoExtractor:
rops (the usual one and now considered obsolete): Disassemble [Code] section on installers compiled only
with older ANSI edition of Inno Setup version 4.1.0 through 5.6.1. Compatible with Windows XP and later.
ifpsdasm (the new and recommended one from now): Disassemble [Code] section on installers compiled with both
editions (ANSI and Unicode) of Inno Setup version 4.1.0 through 6.x.x. Compatible with Windows 8.1 and later.
Added new item "Method to Disassemble [Code] Section" in Option menu which contains the "rops" and "ifpsdasm"
methods to choose.

Tested this version of InnoExtractor 10.1.0.116 successfully with installers compiled in new Inno Setup 6.4.1. All works ok.
Returned the support of VirusTotal API engine for Windows XP 32-bit: Now, InnoExtractor requires Internet Explorer 8 installed and upgrade GlobalScape Root R1 certificate in this S.O. (all included in the installer) to this function wotk correctly. The 64-bit edition of Windows XP does not support this feature.

Tested this version of InnoExtractor 10.1.0.116 successfully with installers compiled in
new Inno Setup 6.4.1. All works ok.
