High Resolution Chronometer reviews - Windows 7 Download

I have no idea what sort of malcontent would give 2 stars to a FREE, decent-looking application that WORKS as advertised. Do they want it to make coffee too?

The app appears always on top, and it has:

(1) A Start/Stop button with 2 functions: (a) if you select Push OFF (the default state) the stopwatch starts by clicking on start/stop once, and stops when you click on the start/stop button again; (b) if you select Push ON, you need to keep the start/stop button pressed for it to measure time.

(2)A Reset button to, well, reset the timer.

(3) A Format button to switch between 00:00:00.000 format and 0.000" format

(4) A "-10 Sec" button that sets the stopwatch at -10 seconds. It counts down to 0 and then continues with normal time counting.

(5) As an extra perk, clicking on the time automatically copies it to the clipboard.

Beneath the chronometer interface is a small, non-intrusive scrolling window with links to all the other programs the author has made. That's the extent of the advertisements in it, and it is spyware/malware free.

Suggestions for improvements: keyboard shortcuts (it would be cool if I could also use the spacebar to toggle the chronometer on and off), and maybe even a smaller mode, where only the time and the Start/Stop button can be seen.

All in all it's a useful, cool little app that does the job it's supposed to.
