Epic Pen is a shareware drawing application for Windows developed by Tank Media. It lets you draw on the screen with a pen regardless of the environment, such as the desktop, active application, Start menu, or taskbar. No previous experience with graphic software is necessary. It requires .NET Framework. Supported platforms are Windows 11, Windows 10 32/64 bit, Windows 8 32/64 bit, and Windows 7 32/64 bit. The version is 3.12.206.0.

The program supports a pen, highlighter, eraser, screenshot grabber, and keyboard shortcuts. The interface is a small vertical bar with buttons for all actions, which can be minimized. You can select a pen or highlighter after picking a color and pen size, return to cursor mode to carry on normal PC activity, erase drawings, undo actions, clear the screen, and capture the whole screen to save as a PNG file. The eraser does not work by holding down the mouse button and dragging; instead, you click a line to make it disappear. Keyboard shortcuts toggle Epic Pen's visibility, select the cursor, pen, highlighter, and eraser, undo actions, clear the screen, take snapshots, and increase or decrease stroke size. These hotkeys can be remapped. Settings can be remembered for future sessions or reset to default.

In tests, it had minimal impact on the computer's performance, using low CPU and RAM.
