xBar for Windows is only available as a 64-bit distribution, no longer runs on 32-bit versions of Windows. Includes automatic creation (First Run Setup) of the 'Pinned Taskbar Shortcuts' category, which includes all valid links found on the Windows Taskbar. Minor changes to Topmost Window checks.
