The "Show phrase menu" command has been added to the system tray icon menu;
The menu and its tooltips show the state and settings of the hotkey for pasting text;
New implementation of the "Enable phrase menu" setting (see the tray menu). When phrase pasting is disabled by hotkey, the service still works from the floating panel and tray menu commands.
New version of the phrase editor: a redesigned "Floating panel" tab;
Phrase paste menu: if the entire clipboard history does not fit in the menu, the "And another XXX in the Floating Panel" command is added to the end;
