Added a Risk Analysis Report to the RFP Analyzer.
Added an Eligibility Report to the RFP Analyzer.
Made formatting improvements to all the RFP Analyzer reports such as more white space in table cells and color coding importance levels.
The Line Item Quoting system adds checks on strings if the overflow the maximum allowed lengths and prompts user to correct them.

OpenAI models have been updated to use GPT 5.2.
Anthropic Claude Opus has been updated to 4.5.

Added an RFP Analyzer feature which will read an RFP and determine a list of chapters needed for the response, selects those chapters in your project and creates a set of documents in Q&A format for you to enter your response to what the RFP asks for. Those instructions are then used by the AI Writer to create the first draft of your proposal. The RFP Analyzer also generates extra reports and pages of the proposal to help you manage the process of responding to an RFP.
Upgraded the Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4 model to 4.5.
The Novice edition of the Wizard now supports per-page level instructions in the AI Writer making the RFP Analyzer features consistent between the Expert and Novice editions.
Fixed an error that could display when adding individual Line Item Quote enabled templates whose database wasn’t loaded yet in the Preferences but would work once the project screen was re-entered.
Support has officially ended for Word versions prior to Office 365.

The AI Writer will write the content for any narrative page of your document such as your Cover Letter, Executive Summary, product/service/project pages, etc. Once you give it the details the content will be tailored specifically to you. What used to take hours or days of work can be done in minutes.
The AI Writer will analyze your project and suggest additional chapters that can improve your proposals.
The AI Writer allows you to choose from different AI models such as a Narrative or a deeper Reasoning model depending on the type of page being written.
The AI Writer lets you create multiple copies of a page where you can alter the instructions to improve the results then pick the best one to be built into your document.
The AI Writer can analyze and organize your instructions. You do not need to be a good writer, simply paste in whatever information you have about your company, client, project, etc. and let the AI organize and clean it up.
30 new Quick Start import lists added (800 total).
