Photivo x64 2020-11-19 released Nov 19, 2020 (New Release)

Packaging related bugfix release. The 6 April 2020 Windows version was packaged with an incomplete GraphicsMagick, leading to an error when trying to load a bitmap file. Also at least in some situations saving was not possible.

· After a long development and test phase spot tuning (formerly known as “local spot adjust”) is officially released. Find it on the new Local edit tab.

Beta version with the new spot tuning tool:
· This tool allows you to correct only specific parts of the image.
· All filters on the other tabs principially work on the whole image, though they might be constrained by global masks (like a luminance mask in Gimp). The difference with this tool is, that the masks used for calculation are local. So, when you add a new spot, you click on the image and Photivo gets the position and the color values of that pixel. Starting from these two values a local mask is calculated and the luminance curve as well as the saturation and hue adjustments are only applied on pixels which are in that mask. The mask consists of all pixels that have similar color values as the starting pixel and can be connected to the starting pixel on a path of only such pixels.
