· Changed the generated insert statement so that it does not include columns that have null values. This will allow VFP to determine the correct value of these columns (determined by quot;set null offquot;/quot;set null onquot; state).
· Note: VfpClient3.5.dll is now VfpClient.dll

· Removed VfpQueryProvider.XmlToCursorMinimumItemCount and added logic to determine if XmlToCursor should be used based on the text length of the generated sql select statement.
· Partially reverted changeset 95840. Modified the generated select statement to include a CAST( AS N(20, )) for numeric fields only when the column mapping specifies a valid numeric type. Attribute mapping example: Column(Member=quot;nValuequot;, DbType=quot;N(14, 7)quot;)
· LinqToVfpLinqPadDriver - Changed mapping codegen to include DbType.
