AVRpal.net 4.0.0 released Jun 8, 2018 (New Release)
1.AVRpal.NET no longer uses libusbdotnet. Now it is using libUSBK for windows 10 compatibility.
2.Fixed multiple bugs in avrdude.conf decoding.
3.Added AVRdude 6.3 for more mcu support.
4.Removed the previous USBasp driver installation system and added Zadig generic driver installation utility. This utility also launches during setup.
5.Added experimental support for single fuse mcus.
6.Removed the Update checking feature. The previous update link died a long time ago.I plan to convert this
software to a python equivalent for cross platform compatibility so there wont be any new versions. Just
bugfixes maybe.

· AVR EEPROM can now be read from the EEPROM Editor directly.
