Now that the bugs have been fixed and the program doesn't freeze, I'll recommend this product. I still don't know why my emails to support were returned, but the program is working as promised.

One of the things I really like about this product is that it's not over complicated. I can crop and convert images to a lighter weight for the web quickly. It creates grids of images or "thumbs" for the web quickly (that part is a bit complicated) but it saves me a lot of time. It's not Photoshop, but that's a good thing because Photoshop does everything but is very complicated.

Version 9 just doesn't work. I have to close it using task manager. Emails to support get returned as undeliverable. I wish I could go back to the previous working version, but I don't see it available.
