Issue with Upgrade Steganos Safe to enable data safes to be used on a network.
I have used the Steganos Safe product before but buyer beware when ordering the upgrade for network use on version 11. I did so today and got nothing useful. After paying the $14.95 for the upgrade the site provided no link or instructions on how to get the "Network" version. The email that followed provided a link but the password provided would not work and when i finally got one that did (had to use the "I forgot my password option") I was flummoxed to see there was not any link of instruction on how the setup the ""network" version I had just paid for.
I tried support but the web page is under maintenance?!?!
The only number I could call was for billing and there could not help other than to pass my complaint along.
