PS1 - fixed a potential arithmetic overflow. Fixes bugs #23 and #24 reported by Henri Salo.

This release consists of bugfixes and minor portability improvements. Some potential buffer overflows and arithmetic overflows were fixed, including CVE-2017-12067. A bug triggered by very large bitmaps has been fixed. A new configuration option --enable-local-getopt was added.

PS1 - fixed heap overflows, null pointer dereference
bugs and a memory leak. Reported by Agostino Sarubbo.

based, and state more clearly that svg backend defaults to 72dpi.
