SpamFighter's support stinks. I have been trying to get support since the 14 of August for a customer of mine that has 3 Windows 7 Pro Computers running Outlook 2010 32-bit version. I have sent support forms, I posted on their SpamFighter Fourm. These are paid subscription, not the free version, and they worked great until the client upgraded to Office Pro 2010. SpamFighter will not communicate with its server, and the menu for it is greyed out in Outlook. I turned the firewall off, but nothing fixes the problem. SPAMFIGHTER HAS NO SUPPORT!!!!!!!
