Used in our internal call center to schedule our 30 agents. Previously used excel but that was becoming a nightmare as more staff opted to flexitime. After searching the web and few trials, we've finally opted for Schedule24--the best set of scheduling features at an affordable price. The BIG advantage of Schedule24 was automatically posting staff web schedules (had used email option until we found out about this feature!) to our intranet. Staff can view shifts from home on days off or holiday. For this feature alone it's worth the price.
