My Music Collection is comprehensive music catalog software designed for CD collectors, DJs and home users with large media collections. This music organizer software allows users to catalog CDs, MP3s, vinyl records and other media into an organized database with various searching, filtering and reporting options. Since My Music Collection is connected to several online databases, to add a CD, simply insert the CD, scan barcode with a barcode reader, or type the artist and title, and this music catalog software will get all missing information, including artist, release date, title, track names and album cover. Then you can organize, search and filter your CD collection to get a comprehensive report that can either be printed or exported to TML, XML, PDF, Excel or text file. The music organizer software also includes a loan manager and statistics report. The loan manager allows you to track loaned CDs and LPs, and to make sure that they are returned in time. The music inventory software also allows you to view collection statistics basing on any criteria, for example grouped by artist, by release year, by genre, by country, etc. Furthermore, you can create as many user-defined categories as you want and attach them to any of your CDs, records or tracks.
