As GPS receivers can be used smartphone with GPS operating systems to Windows Mobile 5 or 6 and configured Internet connection. To perform the monitoring function requires two programs: * Fpst - GPS-tracker program (hereinafter fpst). Interrogates the GPS-receiver of smartphone and sends obtained data to a server on the Internet. * Fpsc - program operator (the fpsc). Reads data from the server and renders the location samartfona on the map.
