ezBates quickly and easily prints sequential page numbers on your exhibits or documents with professional-looking results. Simply stack the pages of your exhibits or documents in your computer's printer, enter numbers in the beginning and ending page number fields on your computer screen, then click either the Print Next or Print All button. A pop-up Select Printer window will appear.

ezBates quickly and easily prints sequential page numbers on your exhibits or documents with professional-looking results. Simply stack the pages of your exhibits or documents in your computer's printer, enter numbers in the beginning and ending page number fields on your computer screen, then click either the Print Next or Print All button. A pop-up Select Printer window will appear. Select the printer in which you placed your exhibits or documents, then click the Print button. That's all there is to it. Your page numbers will be printed on your documents in consecutive order at the bottom right margin of each page in bold, 12 point Arial font.

Other options are easy to select. You can replace the bold, 12 point Arial font with any other font installed on your computer. Simply click the Change Font button. A font selection window will appear that allows you to choose a different font, font style, color, and/or font size.

You can print leading zeros in front of your page numbers by checking the box for this option.

You can change the number of inches from the top of the page where the text and page number are printed by inserting a different value in the Vertical Position data field.

You can also change the horizontal locations on the page where the text and page numbers are printed. The text field and page number can be at different horizontal locations. You have seven different choices for the horizontal locations of the text field and page number. If you choose the same horizontal location for the text field as for the page number, the text field and page number will be combined into a single field and the text will be printed in front of the page number at this horizontal location.

Finally, instead of using the printer that your computer normally uses, the pop-up Select Printer window lets you use any printer that is directly connected to your computer or any printer that is one of your network connections.
