Have you even wanted to reorder a part but can't remember important details such as the make, model, serial number or even which company you purchased the product from? Can you run a report to find out if you paid state sales tax on out-of-state Internet purchases? When reconciling your monthly CC statement do you recognize the merchant name as it appears on your statement? You're not alone! With EZ-Purchase Manager simply cut and paste your email receipt and give the purchase a Description (ie Red Lumix Underwater Camera). Paste a photo of the item to help remember. Hit save and you're done! Later, when you have a minute cut and paste all the details from your saved email receipt in the easy-to-use order screen. You can even attach PDFs or other scanned documents. If you want to buy another item from the same company, just start typing and let the pre-fill feature do the rest. The more information you save the easier it will be to retrieve a keycode, part number, eye glass prescription, warranties, and other order specific details. Search for any item detail or keyword and make reports for taxes, expense accounts, credit card usage and many more fields. Don't count on your memory or paper filing system.
