The software has evolved with every version release. DSM 2.8.3 is specifically designed for Dive Centers, Dive Schools and Dive Resorts who want to increase their income and grow their business.

This software will help you to do just that! DiveShopManager 2.8.3 efficiently helps you to manage and monitor all aspects of your Dive Center, no matter how big or small your center is or how many customers go through your doors. After you have been using DSM for only a short time, you will gain a significantly better overview of all parts of your business, with clear statistics, helping you to make the right decisions and adjustments as you go along.

DIVESHOPMANAGER 2.8.3 FEATURES:

This unique and user friendly dive shop software has been developed especially for Dive Resorts and Live Aboard Operators. DSM 2.8.3, comes with a complete and easy to use Hotel Reservation Software to help you keep track of your accommodation availability.

Manage your Student Record Files, your Staff Wages and all Customer Invoices with ease. Stay in control of your Daily Revenue, your Partners and Agents, your Diving Equipment Suppliers and your Sales Items. DiveShopManager will provide you with an overview of your Accommodation, your Scuba Diving Courses, your Dive Boat(s) and your daily or hourly Rentals, at all times. Depending on your dive shop's needs, every part is freely customizable.

At the end of each day, DiveShopManager will generate statistics showing your Cash Register transactions for the day, the month or the year.

All fiscal data can now be exported to .xml files.

The benefits of DiveShopManager do not end when your customer leaves. With the integrated Email and Newsletter Software you have a great tool at your disposal to create follow up mailings to your customers, thereby making it more likely that they will return to your Dive Center for their next scuba diving courses or send you their friends and family.
