There is no customer service.
The applications will not stay running as a service. Tried multipule attempts to get support from Magnoware, no one returns the emails or phone calls. After spending over $2k for all the bells and whistles, it doesn't stay running as advertised.
Run away as far as you can from this one...!!!!
