I had no problems when I first installed this software on Windows XP. It worked fine UNTIL a few weeks later I got a new PC with Windows 7 - I now have the same problem that Kimberly and Doren have, doesn't recognise my iphone and keeps saying I a new download is available when I have already installed it. Unusable and no reply from Copytoy Support. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

Worst Ever Waste of Money gonna claim a refund through paypal, doesnt recognise iphone even though itunes and my pc does and keeps saying update availiable when it is 6.2 i have downloaded.
