As with most descriptions on this site they have merely told you what a salesman would. Fact of the matter is that this program will supposedly identify your bios update but then attempts to get you to sign up for their paid service which is a requirement of any bios update through the utility. Pretty poor tactics and exactly what you would expect from a sleezy company. If it said up front that there was a cost i would not be offended by its price point but to bait people into an installation of software, then withhold its only usable function until a previously undisclosed payment requirement is fufilled is just garbage in my opinion. Why do you promote this stuff windows 7 download?
