BarcodeDeviceNet is a free windows and a console program to retrieve barcodes from the Symbol CS1504 and the Opticon OPN2001/2002 barcode readers. Features: * Easy to use * Can send the barcodes as key strokes * Can save the barcodes to a text file or Excel XML file * Can upload the barcodes to a MS SQL Server database (database creation script included) * Can upload the barcodes to a Web Service (example web service provided) * Has a configurable separator so you can make the files importable into your other applications * Can add a prefix and a suffix to the barcodes * Has a fully configurable Date format to display timestamps in the format you prefer * Can synchronize the barcode reader's clock with the PC * Can adjust the barcode scan timestamps if the device clock is incorrect * Can execute an external program after reading the barcodes * Open source - you may download and modify the source code to suit all your needs * Completly free More info at homepage
