AnalogX ACM Convert is an easy-to-use, standalone utility that allows you to convert files between MP3 and WAV file format using Microsoft's Audio Compression Management (ACM) API. This utility enables conversion from MP3 to WAV file format, as well as WAV to MP3 file format. You will need to have installed both Microsoft's ACM, and a codec that supports ACM MP3, such as NetShow.
