I rate this as 'bad' because it isn't usable.

Really, the full version is not usable with windows 7. Most people have issues with the game simply not opening, or, the graphics colors are bizzare. Or, it simply isn't usable in multiplayer mode.

Its not a matter of updating graphics drivers. The windows 7 forum and age of empires forums are full of rather unhappy people trying all sorts of fixes and modifications. Its a shame, because it is a great game.
